What happens and when?
On the following page you will be asked to complete a form that captures all the details we need to provide your No Claims Discount (NCD) proof. Upon sending the request we will immediately confirm receipt of your request. Our Customer Services Team will then process the request and aim to proof you the relevant documents within 48 workings hours.
