Treating Customers Fairly

·         We will gather sufficient information that we can recommend a contract suitable to our customers’ demands and needs

·         We will give sufficient information that our customers can make an informed decision about the insurance we recommend

·         We will do all that we reasonably can to ensure that the insurance meets the customer’s expectations

·         We will be competent to do our jobs

·         We will give a service which aims to reduce stress and strains to our customers as far as reasonably possible.

·         Where we find that we are not treating customers fairly we will act swiftly to remedy the situation.
